2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

We receive your booking request.
Any required payment or deposit has been received.
You receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp from our team.

Please review your booking confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.

3. Tour Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency stated on our website unless otherwise specified.

Tour prices include only the services listed in the tour description.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify prices before a booking is confirmed.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Wise Transfer
Other approved payment methods

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before the tour begins.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is:

More than 48 hours before departure: Free cancellation with a full refund.
Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds, when applicable, will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Booking Changes

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

7. Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies

Please inform us of any:

In cases of severe weather or other unsafe circumstances, we may reschedule, modify, or cancel the tour for the safety of our guests.

10. Guest Responsibilities

Our guides may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please inform your guide before the tour begins.

14. Travel Insurance

Basic passenger insurance is included during the tour where applicable.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
